Patterson’s Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and late changes or missed appointments impact both our team and other clients waiting for bookings.

We kindly ask for the following notice:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule
  • Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee

Cancellation Fees

For appointments cancelled within 24 hours:

  • 50% of the booked service may be charged

For no-shows or missed appointments:

  • 100% of the booked service may be charged

This includes:

  • forgetting your appointment
  • not showing up
  • cancelling once the appointment has started or at the last minute

Booking Deposits

For some longer or higher-value appointments, a booking fee/deposit may be required.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within the policy timeframe or do not attend
  • Deposits can be transferred if sufficient notice is given

Repeated Late Cancellations / No-Shows

Clients who repeatedly cancel late or do not attend appointments may be required to:

  • prepay in full for future bookings, or
  • may be unable to book online moving forward
