Patterson’s Client Policy
At Patterson’s, we are committed to providing a professional, high-quality salon experience for every client.
To ensure appointments run smoothly and fairly for both our clients and team, we kindly ask that you read and respect the following salon policies.
Appointments
- All appointments are reserved especially for you.
- We recommend booking your next appointment in advance to secure your preferred stylist, service, and time.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment so we can give you the full experience and service time booked.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will always do our best to accommodate you. However:
- Your service may need to be shortened or adjusted
- Some services may need to be rescheduled
- Full appointment charges may still apply if we have reserved the full time for you
This is to ensure we stay on time for all following clients.
Consultations
All colour services include a consultation before beginning.
Please be honest about:
- previous colour history
- home colouring
- box dye
- medications or health changes
- hair condition
- desired result
This helps us give you the safest and most realistic outcome possible.
Please note:
- Inspiration photos are helpful, but results can vary depending on your hair history, condition, and starting point.
- Achieving some blonde or colour corrections may take multiple appointments.
Colour Corrections / Adjustments
We want you to love your hair.
If you have any concerns with your colour or service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can assess and, where appropriate, offer an adjustment.
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds simply because the result was not what you had envisioned if it aligns with what was discussed during the consultation.
- If a correction is needed, we ask that you allow us the opportunity to assess and resolve it first.
- Refunds are considered only in exceptional circumstances and at management discretion.
Important:
If you have your hair altered elsewhere or apply colour/products at home before contacting us, we may be unable to reassess the original result and any complimentary adjustment may no longer apply.
Pricing
- All prices are starting from and may vary depending on:
- hair length
- thickness
- time required
- product usage
- complexity of service
- We will always do our best to provide transparency around pricing during consultation.
- If additional work is required to achieve your desired result, this may affect the final price.
Retail & Product Purchases
We are happy to recommend products suited to your hair goals and maintenance.
- Retail products may only be returned or exchanged if faulty
- We cannot guarantee results if professional home care advice is not followed
